Hi, I am Beth Kruger, and I am no Guru.

I am flawed and imperfect, but like you, I try my best. Most of my website is about what I can offer you, but if you clicked onto this page, you must want to know more about me…so here goes. I believe in the transformative power of kindness, authenticity, and intention. I am also not new to this game of health and wellness, I have been doing this yoga and wellness thing since 2001.

I came to yoga through my own experiences with drinking and partying too much, and found solace in the spirituality of the movement practice, and eventually meditation. I am not a terribly spiritual person, raised a Roman Catholic in Vermont, I would call myself a “recovering Catholic”—and more “new-agey” than anything else. I pretty much loathe dogma—so you won’t really find any “Guru-ji” action here. I have been heartily schooled in life lessons whenever I have elevated folks onto pedestals—so I don’t do that anymore.

I have travelled a bunch, and lived in Vermont, and NYC. I consider myself a city-girl, and my favorite tv show was, once-upon-a-time, “Sex In The City”. (Although I have to add the caveat that I am really disappointed with the revival of the show now in the “And Just Like That…” reboot. Who’s with me?)

I am most passionate about helping women navigate the uniquely female aspects of life. My current focus is on The Menopause, but started my female-focused-obsession with childbirth, pregnancy, lactation, and fertility back in 2004.

I have been a Childbirth Educator, Lactation Counselor, Miscarriage Support Group Leader, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer. I owned a brick and mortar boutique fitness studio dedicated to Women’s Wellness from 2015-2020, in Burlington Vermont. I currently facilitate Wellness Retreats for Women Over 40 and coach women through the challenges of this transitional time of life.

I still teach yoga, and mindfulness privately and online. I have two children, and I am a single mother. I love cats, thrifting and shopping for vintage clothing, and mayo on most things.

Would you like to get in touch with me?
