In Ageless Beauty you will learn simple, effective strategies that will have you feeling sexy, confident, and radiant from the inside out.

Step 1: Get Clear on your vision for your sexy, strong and confident life

We will take a look at where you have been and where you want to be. With my help, you will create a personalized roadmap to follow based on your unique needs and desires. We will do some powerful visioning exercises that will help you to manifest the future you. 

Step 2: How to eat (simply) for your body to amplify results

We will clean up your pantry and add whole foods to your diet. You will learn about supplements and supporting herbs or medications to manage changing hormones. Shopping will be made easier with my tips & recipes to make in 30 minutes or less. 

Step 3: Identify your movement magic ✨

Exercise is not “one size fits all”—What felt good when you were 20 may not feel so great anymore. We will create a plan to add beneficial workouts for your long-term health goals, like maintaining bone density & muscle mass, and improving balance & mobility–so you can do all the things you want to do.

Step 4: Simple ways to release stress and worry for more peace

Science shows us that there are tools that we can use to manage and release stress and cortisol from the body. You will learn these tools and put them into a daily practice with my help.

Step 5: How to sleep better and feel well rested every single day

You will develop better sleep habits and start to use them to improve the quality and the length of your sleep time. You will feel rested, recharged and ready for each day as I help you implement these habits and control your sleeping environment.

Step 6:  Making time to nourish your beautiful body with self-care rituals

You will make time to give your body the care and attention it deserves. Your skin, hair and nails will benefit from your attention and you will lovingly make time for these simple caring rituals that will improve how you feel about your body.

Step 7: Becoming Visible: How to show up and be seen in real life (or in photos)

In this step you will explore what is holding you back from putting yourself out there. Maybe you want a new hair color or style, or perhaps you have always wanted to wear a certain style of clothing or accessory. You will take action on the external vision of who you want to be and go out there and make her a reality.

Step 8: Exploring your Sensual side-getting in touch with your needs and desires

We will dive into discussion around topics like pelvic floor strength, libido, orgasm, toys for increased pleasure, consent, and asking for what you want. You and I can find ways to gently re-integrate sensuality into your life.

Step 9: Continuing the Practice: How to recommit to this life daily.

We will work together to create a longer term plan and goal for you to continue to integrate all of the elements of taking really good care of YOU into your life everyday.

I know exactly what it is like to put everybody else’s needs before your own.

I am a single mother of teenagers–and I have been in more than one toxic relationship in this lifetime. I have lacked boundaries and often gave away my power to keep the facade of a relationship in place so that I wouldn’t be alone. I have felt trapped by lack of finances, by my situation, by choices that I made–I often felt powerless.

I entered into my 40’s with a string of broken relationships behind me. A few years into this decade–I started to experience night sweats and hot flashes, and loads of insomnia. My anxiety was at all time highs. I tracked my symptoms and educated myself on what was happening to me. I made lots of changes in my food intake, drank less alcohol, changed up my exercise, and even made a radical shift in my romantic relationship.

Two years after putting my own needs first and making the difficult and uncomfortable  changes, I am so glad I did. My night sweats disappeared, I don’t lie awake for hours at night, and I feel WAY less anxiety.

I also now have a kind, handsome man in my life, who will soon be my husband.

I feel stronger and sexier than I have in years, and I want the same for you.

I know where you have been— I have been working with women since 2005 as a yoga teacher specializing in perinatal health. In 2010, I became a childbirth educator and helped women and their partners advocate for themselves and thier births–a deeply transformative life experience.
